Green Lake Deck Renovation

The original cedar decking at this Green Lake, Seattle home had deteriorated to the point of being unsafe, prompting a complete overhaul. We replaced the framing joists to ensure a solid foundation, built a new set of steps, and installed Azek composite decking and fascia in the Coastline color, known for its durability and refined appearance. To enhance safety and style, we added a Fortress AL-13 aluminum railing, a sleek and sturdy choice, and topped it off with a drink rail for added functionality. The combination of modern materials and thoughtful design elements resulted in a stunning, low-maintenance deck that’s ready for years of enjoyment.
