Tucker Moran is the founder and owner of Gold Mountain Contracting, a home improvement company serving areas across Washington. He started his journey in Wallingford and Green Lake near the University of Washington, where he ran a successful painting business while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. His hands-on experience in carpentry during winter months laid the foundation for what would eventually become Gold Mountain Contracting in 2017.
Since its inception, Gold Mountain Contracting has expanded its range of services to include electrical home repairs, deck construction, siding repair, and more, offering everything from breaker box replacements to electrical rewiring and electrical outlet replacements. With a focus on quality and craftsmanship, the company now provides a wide variety of services such as privacy fence installation, cedar fence building, custom deck design, deck refinishing, plaster repair, and even electric charger installations, making homes more functional and energy-efficient.
In 2023, Tucker earned his Electrical Administrator certification, allowing Gold Mountain Contracting to officially offer electrical services. Whether it's installing a ductless mini split air conditioner or providing expert lighting solutions, Tucker and his team are dedicated to helping clients achieve their vision with expertise in residential contracting. Proudly serving neighborhoods from Normandy Park and Des Moines to Green Lake, Magnolia, Queen Anne, and beyond, Tucker's goal has always been to expand his skills and knowledge to better serve his customers and employees, creating a reliable, trusted company that customers can turn to for all their home improvement needs.
Jordan Savage
Safety Lead / Home Improvement Lead Specialist / Estimator
Jordan Savage, a proud Washington native, has built a diverse career in the home improvement industry. Starting out as a residential painter in Seattle, he honed his craft through plaster repair, deck refinishing, and even Christmas light installation. Over the years, Jordan expanded his expertise into a variety of services, including moss removal, gutter cleaning, and window washing, gaining a reputation for quality and attention to detail.
As his career progressed, Jordan transitioned into carpentry, specializing in building and installing privacy fences, custom cedar fences, and creating beautiful custom decks. He’s also skilled in deck refinishing, installing patio coverings, and designing patio cover shades to enhance outdoor spaces. With experience in tackling termite damage and providing comprehensive home improvement services, Jordan takes pride in transforming homes and properties to meet the highest standards.
Today, as the Home Improvement Lead Specialist at Gold Mountain Contracting, Jordan brings his vast experience and passion for home improvement to every project, ensuring top-tier results and satisfaction for every customer.
Nathan Dvorak
Branding Manager / Home Improvement Lead Specialist / Estimator
Nathan Dvorak is a Washington native with a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. An avid rock climber and photographer, Nathan thrives on challenges that require creativity, precision, and problem-solving. These traits are reflected in his professional work, where he’s passionate about enhancing the spaces people call home. Alongside his career, Nathan is pursuing graduate studies to become a therapist, blending his practical skills with a commitment to understanding and helping others.
Nathan's career began with hands-on work, including pressure washing, residential painting, plaster repair, deck refinishing, Christmas light installation, moss removal, gutter cleaning, and window washing. Over time, his dedication to craftsmanship led him to master carpentry skills, including building privacy fences, custom cedar fences, patio coverings, and refinishing decks. His expertise also extends to addressing termite damage and enhancing outdoor spaces with thoughtful design.
At Gold Mountain Contracting, Nathan combines his expertise as a Project Estimator and Project Lead with his role as Branding Manager. With his unique mix of hands-on experience, leadership, and creative insight, Nathan ensures that each project meets the highest standards of quality and care while supporting clients in achieving their vision.
